Grateful for the past 5 years as Global Design Experience Director
Today marks my last day at Mars Inc. as Global Experience Director for Royal Canin. 5 years of transformation, learning, and growth. I had the privilege to elevate design across the organization under the exceptional leadership of Brad Wadler, Natalia Ball, and Laure de Bary. I worked alongside exceptional talents like Anne-Laure Le Beux (my buddy forever) but also Marie-Pierre Mosnier, Karoly Horvath, Bruno Tachon, Charles Nuez, Christine BENET RIVERA, Yannick Soulard, Andrea Aguilar Urbina, Rick Hellewell amoung many others and, recruiting amazing managers like Florencia Uranga, Claudio Acosta, Habib Hage, and Nicole Willacey – guys, you made every challenge worthwhile ❤️
On top of my design team with Olivier Sada, Marcel Richet & Nicole, being part of the Mars Design Directors community enriched me beyond measure, Roman Vorobiev, Jackson Wang, Steffi Sa X. Marty, David Gadd the meaningful conversations and collaborative spirit will stay with me!! 🙌
I stretched into new territories: Master Data Management, restructuring the PIM, exploring AI integration in the end-to-end design process.
Each experience expanded what I thought possible.
